Refunds are only applicable for purchases made through our official website. To be eligible:
• Request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
• Order must be undelivered or failed due to technical issues.
No refunds if incorrect IDs were provided or the order has been successfully delivered.
Refunds considered only for:
• Payment deducted but items not delivered.
• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Technical errors or unauthorized transactions (with proof).

Approved refunds are sent via original payment method. Processing time: 1–5 business days depending on your provider (UPI/Bank/Wallet).
No refunds for: Wrong ID submission, change of mind, already delivered items, or game account bans not related to our service.
Contact us before filing a chargeback. Any dispute filed without contacting us may result in a permanent ban from our services.
